Valuation fee Homeside

I'm looking at Homeside for a development loan for a triplex in Balga. I've just been told Homeside want $990 to do a valuation on the block. It's a standard 728 sqm block in Balga, they wouldn't really even need to go there
It sound steep to me. Particularly given how much they will make off me from the loan. I'd welcome opinions

if its construction it isnt just about the land.

whats the end value of the project ?

1 kis about the same for all lenders not just HSL

It's because it's a full essentially commercial valuation which involves more expertise and therefore higher cost.
