Valuation on St Clair Sydney property

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a residential property valuer for the St Clair area (Western Sydney, NSW)?

I know I will have to check with the lender to see if the valuer is on their approved list, but for now does anyone have experience with an independent valuer for this area?

Some lenders allow a pre-application valuation so you don't hit your credit file before you find out what the value is.
