Wall damaged?

My tenant just moved out and I found out the apartment's wall paint seem to have been damaged. It seems like the tenant tried to use some sort of soap to wipe the wall, causing the paint to fade or eat in?

What to do?? Is repainting the only solution? Has anyone come across this problem?

Sugar soap the wall evenly. The wall is cleaner than the surrounding parts of the wall not faded.

Sugar soap, or use a magic eraser (love those things). It just hasn't been cleaned well.

Hi Lil Skater I love them too I get the extra large ones for only $2 each and they last twice as long as little ones. Back to the issue I agree sugar soap the whole wall and all will be fine
