Wardrobes in Rental Property, Stay or Go?

Hi,

I'm getting a property ready for rent, had an agent through to offer an opinion on work to be done, and he suggested keeping the existing free-standing wardrobes in the bedrooms because most renters do not have wardrobes. Two wardrobes look OK, just not contemporary, the other is dated looking.
Any views on keeping or removing the wardrobes?

Also, there is a workbench in the garage. Wondering if a renter would consider that desirable, or would they want all the space they can get?

Thanks,

I agree builtins are almost expected nowadays, at the very least in the master bedroom.
My master has them - sliding mirrored doors and all.
I had thought of installing them in the second bedroom but it's a bit small and my property is geared towards couples with a kid anyway. Would be a necessity in a property that attracts 2 x singles.
