warranty for new home in melbourne

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there's any warranty for new home that just been build?

who responsible for the warranty after the settlement? The vendor is the builder for my situation...

Is it vendor builder responsibility for fixing/repair any issues with the property after the settlement?

Bit confused on who to ask about this matter....

Check your contract.

I had stuff that needed to be fixed on one of our properties but both builder and insurance company disappeared!
