Has there been a course on recently expounding CF+ propoerties - without any follow-up support? Perhaps it was a radio program?
I don't say this to be mean, I just think it's really interesting that there are quite a few post from new forumites asking for assistance in buying cashflow +ve properties with great CG for less than 200K
If I was a consiracy theorist I could say that I smelt a rat of the recently banned or stirrer kind. Or an overflow of interest from another forum....?
Perhaps it's just a coincidence....
