unfortunately (or fortunately??) what the bank wants has nothing to do with the seller's commitments to others
Don't know why he is posting on either forum - not listing to the sound and accurate advice of either.
He is obviously focussing on the wrong problem in hoping that the real problem with just "go away". Sorry - that doesn't happen in real life
