It's a good site to play around with.
Im sure there a still a lot of people on the forum who dont know about it, or dont use it.
I found it handy when buying a house in 2010, because the people I bought off had only bought the house in 2008. I could see what they paid for it and what the neighbour recently sold theirs for.
It's also good for mortgagee sales... as it can help you make an educated guess about the likely loan balance and work your offer around it
