what do people think of Harold Park for IP?

seems a bit expensive around Glebe

starting at:
500K for studio
550K for 1 bed
775K for 2 beds.. etc

but nothing similar estate will be built around there. is it worth it?

Everyone is eyeing that. It's the last space close to the city. And it's Mirvac.

hey! i am bumping an old thread. i just bought a mirvac development here!
2 bedder + car parking just under 1030 mil. completion due end of next year.
i was going to decide between investing here or wait for the recently released bondi moreton which was released and sold out in one weekend.
will just have to wait and see in this market.
