What do you guys think of this - Brisbane Townhouse?

This ones sold but it looks really good to me (if something like it becomes available). Maybe I am missing something though

Locations great
Tons of units in that area but not many townhouses
Price is not that bad for a townhouse
And no strata pain

I like it actually.. seems large and spacious. I dont like the weatherboard/clad finish though.

Looks like it is under contract. Great location though. I thought I saw some house and land for the 600k mark when I looked at Kangaroo Point a few months ago. Similar price for the bottom buy in at West End for house and land (small houses and crappy sized lots).

What insurance arrangements can you make if no strata? A shared wall in a wooden structure with neighbours of an unknown quality may make an insurer apprehensive.

In this location being a stone throw from the city and the market being around 10% undervalued I do not see how you could go wrong with a property like this. In my opinion this property will go up in value and would have strong rental demand. If another one comes up grab it.
