What is selling in your area and what isn't and what are they saying ?

Mid Coast - Adelaide.

Under $300k is still moving, so the older 1970's 3b/1bth/1car, the flash townhouses on the esplanade have stopped. Auctions are dead. Anything really cheap $250k is gone in a flash.

Listed prices in RE.com.au do seem to be coming down things that would have listed for $320 at the start of the year are now $280.
