Here goes mine:

Now: 1 IP, no PPOR, looking to buy another IP in 6 months time.

5 years ago - Doing my master degree, working partime as a dishwashwer in Gold Coast.

10 years - UNI & Partying

15 years - High school

20 years - primary school?

Now, just bought 3rd IP taking me to the $1mil mark

5 years ago, working my *** off and missing out on getting into the housing market because too scared/didnt know enough about it, didnt think I could.

10 years, just started working, mainly pissed up my pay each week.

15 years, living on unemployment in a caravan park eating noodles and maybe potatoes if I felt like going all out for each meal, borrowing small money from my brother at a rate of 100% interest. . he knows how to make money. .

15 years ago, came to aus 10 year old.

10 years ago, learnt english alright at school playing too much computer games. then **** at school in year 12 and cbf. got a job, driving fast cars, breaking the law, partaying....

5 years ago. not doing much still working same old place 3.5 years got bored quit. living alone, saved 90k by 22 and bought 180k house around corner from mums' rented place with casual job.

now. got 70k on loan to go. fixed 7.19 2.5 more years ewww.. renting place CF+
helping mum out with investing dunno what future holds for me i wanted to die young on the fast lane but didnt happen.

oh yeah no job, broken wrist, broken elbow motorcycle accident, now i am a gimp on centerlink, lucky didnt die from crash 80kms into a country side coming to a stop against retaining wall. i thought i was casey stoner
