Particular area i have an IP in has seen some surprisingly good sales results for almost identical homes, that make getting it revalued to pull out equity worth doing.
Question is, how long after a sale has taken place are valuers able to access the info as a comparable sale?
Is it contract date, unconditional contract, settlement date or after settlement date.
Basically want to know when to time my request to the bank to maximise the val.
