Where can I find an online Contract of Sale for NSW?

Somersoftians,

Is there a site where I can download a standard contract of sale for residential property for NSW?

I've only been able to find information from http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au, but not a template of the actual contract?

These contracts are copyright to the REINSW and the NSW Law Society so you will not them freely available. You can purchase one from the law society for around $10.

If you go into any real estate agent and say you are interested in a certain house and ask them to Email you the contract. Easy.
