Hi, I'm in search of properties in Ringwood but have no in depth knowledge of the area. It seems that the property prices are different to the north of the shopping centre, the south of the railway lines and to the east near the Maroonda hospital. Why is that?
My objective is to look for a property that is big enough to subdivide or pull down for a new build for under $500K. I've learned that in Wantirna, the council can take up to a year to approve plans. How about Ringwood?
