Where to invest in 2007. Another Today Tonight story I saw on Monday. Does this forum agree on the chosen suburbs?

For investors, he really didn't tell us what we didn't already know? in QLD, already knew those suburbs were good for investment as I'm sure Melbourne Investors would know the Melbourne suburbs he choose.

But for Brisbane, there are better suburbs for better value and capital growth.
