Which lender does 106% loans

Hi people,

We are currently short on equity but no problems with serviceability. So 106% loans seems a very tempting path

1. Who are the lenders that currently offer 106% loan?
2. How much higher is the interest rate compare to normal 95% loans?
3. Can it be investment loan?
4. Can it be interest only? (sort of a bonus, will be happy with P/I)

Hi Felix one of our lenders does a 106% loan there servicability is higher than the standard lender for obvious reasons, but from your post that does not seem an issue. 8.2% is the rate and yes they do a 3 yr I/O
