Which Magazine - Recommendations Please

Out of the following 3 magazine's which one would you pick?

Smart Property Investment
OR Your Investment Property
OR Money

They come as part of some offer (6 month subscription), but i can choose 1 only from the above list.

Any ideas?

Depends on what you are after. Go to a local library or a news agency and see if the contents suit your needs. If you are not after shares, you will be disappointed with Money IMO.

I'd prob go for Your Investment Property.

If API was an option I'd choose it over the others.

If you have some general idea about how money/investments work, you wouldn't need Money Magazine.

You get more and better advice from this forum so keep reading and asking.
If your just after some tax deductions you could subscribe to a few.
They suck you in with the front covers how I own 5 mil in property but when
you read between the lines they owe 5 mil to the bank.

I don't get anything out of them anymore.

Yes I'd choose API then YIP.
I used to get both. Actually I have piles of them I should really clean out.

As suggested go to the library and borrow some (or the one you don't get). I like reading the older ones even to see what predictions were made and compare stats in the back. It's good reading some of the stories too of other peoples journeys.
