is there a perception that the west side of St Georges (spring st) Rd is inferior to the east side?
Would this perception be considered almost negligible if still in the border of, say, Murray, Gilbert and Bell St?
I was also wondering what people thought of targeting a unit in the area as opposed to H&L if financial restrictions were a barrier of entry.
