Just wondering whether you all think the limit for the $20 first home buyer stamp duty concession will go up or down from Jan 1 next year? The limit is currently 362k
They review and adjust every 6 months. Give them a call and ask them which parameters they use for determining the adjustment....that should give you an idea of what will happen.
