Does anyone know much about the area winchelsea in victoria? Would it be worthwhile to build some houses on land that is owned by my family at this time?

Hi Younginvestor.
I live in Geelong, Just outside of winchelsea, took a drive out there about 4 weeks ago, just to have a good look around,
as you may well know, its not a big town, pub, school,no R,Estate office in Winchelsea,
I had a chat with a couple of the locals, I was trying to get a feel for the area, One lady i spoke to said there was a lack of rental prop in the area,
as far as building in the area, im not to sure about that.
