Has anyone considered investing in Wisemans Ferry?
I was just having a quick look into the area via internet and there seems to be quite a few properties with water views in the area for under $300k and the areas only 50 odd kms from Sydney CBD... seems undervalued to me but I think most properties use septic tanks there. I admit I haven't done my DD but at a glance it seems like a reasonable buy!
Maybe I'm missing something but I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the area?
