My work colleague is looking for a place for her family to rent in the Hills District/ Parklea/ Stanhope Gardens area. Looking to pay $400-$450 pw. has 2 kids and 2 cats/ 1 dog. wanting to move in during January 2011.
husband is a truck driver, so needs space for parking truck off street if possible.
wife is one of the most obsessively clean people i have ever met in my life, and also obsessive about making payments on time..... so I think they'd be reasonable tenants! But if you were interested, you'd need to do your own DD!
