Sorry I misread. But that's not unexpected...It's Victoria Peak after all.

That's about right. Most 'luxury' developments in Mid Levels and good areas (eg Deep Water Bay etc) sell for around HK$30k per sq feet (ie A$40k per sqm).

To move from Mid Levels to Victoria Peak is like moving from a castle to heaven I guess...
