- What is the predominant use in the area? (From memory it is heavy industrial)
- How does this usage sit with your usage?
- What is the net/gross rental expectation?
- What incentives are required to lease it out?
- What is proposed on the big vacant site next door?
- When will next door kick off? (not sure if google map is current).
Other than that, the Mt Druitt industrial estate is well located, close to M4/Great Western Hwy, Westfields, Station etc.
