Wrap properties - at which stage to buy?

Hi

Due to the difficuilty in finding +ve CF IP's, plus the attraction to extending home ownership rather than being a feared landlord, I am interested in wraps.

One question (perhaps of many to come) is...

At which stage does one buy the property?

Do you find property that the numbers add up on, buy it and then try to match a wrapee to it?

Or do you find the wrapee first and then ask for an expression of interest in properties that you have found on the market but have not yet offered on?

There are different answers depending on the strategy you wish to use.

Some people buy the property then find the wrappee. Some advertise for wrappees and then work with them to find the property.

Both approaches seem to work.

Personally, though not a wrapper, I prefer the idea of working with the wrappee - this way you avoid any prospect of buying houses you cannot easily onsell to a wrappee

Why not look at the different wrap packs out there (and search through this forum for all the valuable information contained on wraps that may answer your questions for you) - then make up your own mind which is best.
