Years of compound growth in housing prices are over for good?

reading that article, it says "unlikely" and "ever". So she has a pretty good out because "ever" is a long term to make a statment about. Having said that, it was "unlikely" that a govt would ever g'tee 4 banks with the public purse and allow them to go out and pillage the small players, destroy all competition and form a para-rba-government and run the country with whatever pricing and business model they choose.

Not to mention it's just her opinion.
