Zoning- A, B, Urban?

Can some one explain what it is and how to obtain them for a property in QLD?

If the RE agent says that the proerty can have dual occupancy and the zoning is Urban can I take their word? if not where do I find out about it?

Can we get all the information about Drainage Easements, Flood zones, Mine subsidence and Site Orientation before signing a contract?(Reference: Sharon's Development Checklist)
