Bitcoins & Litecoins - Real Estate

The MSM generally gets bitcoin wrong. Read Satoshi's whitepaper, it's brilliant.

I don't know about other brands but some doubts about efficacy of dulux: http://www.smartcompany.com.au/manufacturing/053297-accc-launches-case-against-dulux-for-alleged-misleading-and-deceptive-advertising-of-paints.html

Stripping polyurethane off a timber floor

Just a guess, but it could possibly be extremely hazardous for your health. I remember hearing that polyurethane is full of all sorts of carcinogenic nasties.

    Solar Panels for IPs?!

I'm with AAMI, their building cover includes "any permanently fixed outdoor items, including solar panels". They did not bump my premiums up on account of solar.

Yes, the CTIP for manufacturers, it's been suspended unfortunately. Gov't really know how to screw things up.

    Solar Panels for IPs?!

I couldn't agree more: for many people the numbers do stack up, and for others the numbers don't. If they don't stack up for you that's too bad. Maybe I'm mis-reading your message Dazz, but you seem to be generalising your situation to everyone else with an outright dismissal of what I have...

    Solar Panels for IPs?!

Does anyone here seriously believe solar panels will get damaged in hail? Massive solar power stations are installed or planned around the world, tens of $billions have been invested, countless tens or hundreds of millions of small residential systems installed globally, and you don't think...

    Solar Panels for IPs?!

It just needs to be sold as a feature of the property. But as has been pointed out, if they aren't going to be able to utilise that feature then no, they won't like to pay extra for it. But given 2 identical properties, same rent, except 1 has solar power, which one would you take?

    Solar Panels for IPs?!

Hi Dazz thanks the heads up. I'm sure the locals aren't a bad bunch really. I agree 9 out of ten have not got solar. I disagreed that "9 out of every 10 households are utterly unconvinced". It's not like they have all crunched the numbers and decided against it - there are myriad...

It's clear what you said. However I agree that energy efficiency should come first, and that is always part of my discussion with customers.

    Solar Panels for IPs?!

?? Most of the solar power is generated in the middle of the day, between 10am and 3pm, so that's when you want to be able to consume the solar power to make it more viable.

    Solar Panels for IPs?!

You asked a simple question, I gave you a simple answer, now you're calling me a liar. WTF? I gave you the math, pure and simple, on the simple case that you asked for. You didn't ask for the case when no one is at home during the day. If there's no one home of course it's going work out...
