    I find its not the equity that limits the investing but servicability and cashflow. You can have plenty of equity but unless your capitalising interest you need cashflow to make your equity work for you. This is assuming you are investing in -'ve geared property. Cheers Rick

    Hi ARS I would stick to what you can afford. Maybe you need to look further out on that train line to places like Keperra and Ferny Grove. A rough assumption is you need to add 4-5% for closing costs aswell. Cheers Rick
