I used Brisbane Air and am very happy with the install. However, they supplied and installed so I am not sure if they just do installs.

Please stay away from store bought stain removal products as they usually make the stain worse by setting it or produce colour loss in the carpet. I have seen a lot of carpets cleaned where the client has used a store bought product (big kevs used to be the worst) and when the carpet is cleaned...

Yes I am making a judgement and the judgement is that the person is single... if it were a female I think she would be single too lol. A bit hard to take someone home for a romantic evening in that place haha.

Entire block run down with run down type tenants, one has been "done up" as in new kitchen put on old flooring and a new sink plonked ill fitted in bathroom. I believe this one is getting "done up" then we will come in and clean after... I told them to not waste money on cleaning stuff they...

I went to another one recently(might post pics later) where a family lived for a shorter period of time (18 months). The collected their body fluids in milk containers and the smell was out of this world.... cleaned up perfect within 3 days and was relet.

The tenant went into public housing.

I believe that the unit block recently changed owners so I dont think they had seen the mess yet.

This tenant lived in the property for 12 years, he had a hoarding problem.

This was a job our business was called to attend the removal of all the crap and the follow up clean.

I think this one is going to need more than natural cleaners lol.

Nah not a mechanic(unemployed & no surprise he was single lol) and did not even own a car... could not fit one in the garage as it was full of his hoarding crap.

I know, I laughed (through a mask lol) when I saw cleaning gear.
