What sort of amount do you set for LL insurance? We are about to purchase first IP and I have no idea about this. Do you also take out building insurance?

Waiting to hear back from the agent regarding this, but sitting here doing nothing so i thought if i could get an idea i could be doing some figures! The property is in VIC, $319k and is about 6-8 weeks off completion. Any estimates I can play with?

Hi triv, I am currently looking into NRAS property purchase too. The consortium I was looking at a property with had 10% plus GST plus 1 week reduced rent for PM, and 7.5% plus GST for consortium incentive fee. Hope this helps :)
