What do you guys think with Perth property prices within 20km radius of CBD in the next 12 months? IR might go down again but the number of listing is still going up (13K now).

I want to see if the stock in certain suburb are moving quickly or slowly. Also I want to see if they drop the asking prices.

I'd like to know if i can get a property list for the whole suburb in a text format. I just need a short description like number of bedrooms, bathrooms, car park, the price and when it was first listed. An easier way than having to type the details myself. Thanks.

Personally I prefer to be on a green title block with its own frontage. I will pay more for it. Maybe they are people that prefer a rear block for whatever reasons.
