How to get the whole suburb property for sale in text form

I'd like to know if i can get a property list for the whole suburb in a text format.
I just need a short description like number of bedrooms, bathrooms, car park, the price and when it was first listed.
An easier way than having to type the details myself.

Pricefinder export can probably do that.

Why would you want to, though?

I want to see if the stock in certain suburb are moving quickly or slowly.
Also I want to see if they drop the asking prices.
