I think Metropol are no longer active in Brisbane. Metropol appointed me in 2011 to manage the DA process on approximately 12 townhouse projects that where stuck in the system. I managed to get these organised and back on track within a matter of weeks.

I've found a few reviews about using Metropole as buyers agents/property stategies through out the forum. So far I haven't seen anything super positive (though I realise that it is easier to write negative reviews)! Has anyone recently used them? Any feedback would be appreciated.

we have a metropole car park leased out, which by the way, is a miserable investment. I received some sort of notice months ago and have chosen to ignore it. the paper work compliance for this car-park is already out of proportion for the return, so yet more compliance! Stuff them.

Michael Y / Metropole know their stuff BUT they are more focused on sales that providing guidance and quality information. So my impression for that job is you'd need to first be a slick sales person then (much less important) a property expert.

Lot's of clients use buyers agents and I've used buyers agents myself. Very happy with the results in most cases but very few of these people are using Metropole.
