    So if an ancillary unit has no laundry then only one covered and one uncovered car space would be required and it could be rented by unrelated party. Id just have the wachine machine hooked up in the kitchen or bathroom (not formally) as with 70m2 putting a a full laundry would be pushing it

    maybe some NSW people might be able to help you Holmes2012 as similar story when building granny flats. Would say a discount of $20 per week sounds ok and have a contract about time of construction (but depends on the tenant and also if the current rent is on market)

    would the logan planning scheme also effect areas currently in the gold coast planning scheme (i think) such as beenliegh and eagleby etc?
