$165k increase in value in 3 months!!!

The expenses were as follows...

$23,810 total for inside both units.

- Kitchen $4,650 ea.
- Bathroom $3,100 ea.
- Floor $ $3,000

$17,165 for external.

- Carport $3,673
- Render /Paint $8,500
- Fence $2,390

$11,459 in Extra costs.

- Strata tile fees $4,874
- Purchase costs $2,917

Grand Total $52,435.44

We did have one on the market straight away after 2 months for $349k. Wasn't a good time and a little over priced. Have them rented for $330/week. Plan is to still sell them both, probably later this year.

So any recommendations for a excellent agent down the goldie would help us.
 
awsome , seeing those late nights put to the test, you have done well and if you could hold , that would be better to be able to go onto the next couple, abd be retired in five years, it gets easier and cheaper the more you do.;)
 
who said i had to sell them to get a value?
the banks are lending the money, and they say they are worth that much.

I cant really argue with them, so long as they keep giving out the dosh.
