Thanks for the post - yeah returns around 18% sound good (even better if the "negotiable" asking price is negotiated lower, but....)

By the way, I couldn't access the "giveanaussieago" link - mentioned something like "you haven't entered the right details to allow you to access the page

A thought-provoking post nonetheless - and, from your words, shines a light on "don't JUST use the Internet to find property". There is MUCH more to it than that !!!
