I am wanting to know if there are any informal groups for complete novices interested in learning about property investment in Melbourne. I am a single parent, renting and would like to explore other options.

2. Very informal
3. Very happy to talk to novices (and experts)
4. All very approachable (I think.....)
5. None of us were born experts, and were all novices at one time or another (I think....)

I think the best way is to read posts on this forum. Otherwise, write a brief outline of your circumstances and what you want to achieve, and invite comments.
