i went to an inspection at a place i really like, i only found out at the inspection that the house is actually the 2nd house on a block.
i knew something had to be funny as the price for the location is very reasonable.
apparently the lot falls under the "2 lot Module" deal.

any advice on this situation? from what i understand, if i went ahead and put in an offer, i am not actually buying the land?? or would i be buying a 50% share into the 'common area'?
