20 year average capital growth figures?

Does anyone know where I can access 20 year historical growth stats for different suburbs for free? I know API magazine has 10 year stats but am specifically after 20 years.

Strange as it may seem but what relevance will a 20 year time frame have unless you are doing a complete demographic study including changes to planning maps, population changes, infrastructure, government policy etc?

As per all financial advice, past performance is not an indicator of future returns.

A 10 year horizon is usually adequate as it will capture at least one property cycle.

It's more out of curiosity than anything, just want to see how the previous 10 years stacked up to the last as significant global and national events would have impacted each decade in different ways.

For data on greater Sydney take a look here:

Some assembly might be required, but data goes back to 1991 IIRC, but it's based on LGA (local government area) not postcode or suburb name.
