Kim, Your broker has your details...what does he/she say regarding applying to another bank?

I would consider a more neutrally geared property if you cannot find a cashflow positive one. This will also help you to service the loan and look better from the banks perspective.

my mb is meeting with me tomorrow at lunch time to sign the application forms. I have a number of questions for him.


What I want to know is: When I have signed the forms does that mean I can go out straight away and be able to put an offer down on a property if I find a good deal. Or do I have to wait till the bank processes my application?
