$250,000 Investment Property

any other outer BNE suburbs other then Logan and Ipswich?

2 suburbs popped for the 'outer BNE outer ring'.

Ipswich - 350 RE.com listing house under $250k, total property 1400, ~40KM to BNE

Logan Central - 122 RE.com listing house under $250k, total property 2300, ~25km to BNE

are there any other $250 house in BNE that people would put up for recommendation?

Yes I realised this morning that I went a bit off topic as it was a thread about 250k

I would rather get an older place in clontarf or margate etc


I think for the ring about 12 k and in the bottom was 6 months ago. I saw a house in Norman park on 800 Sqm advertised at 390
Also there were plenty of bargains in morningside, indooroopilly and 350ks in carina
You may laugh at 800k, yeah it's pretty exaggerated I guess but didn't that happen in Sydney, melbourne and even Perth ? Huge growth in only a few years

Strongy1986, So if I was to research the suburbs in the purchase bracket of around 400k, which suburbs would you recommend ....

Needs work but I saw this went for 250k yesterday:

Unimproved capital value of land: 89k but would still seem a reasonable buy.
