yes its a nice apartment,
yes its very expensive
yes the yield is crap
yes its probably the worst investment on earth

but it said BQ $6.7k per quarter,

I thought it must be a misprint of per annum,

but just confirmed with the agent, its $27k per year,

is this even normal??? i thought high end apartments were like $6-$8k pa

That building is half office space too. I wonder how that effects costs? And if it is proportioned correctly.
Another premiere building with a large BC fee to cover/refill the under spec'd sinking fund perhaps?

the ad says $5770 pq,

so first thing I did was email the agent and confirm that it was PQ and not PA

and she definitely said it was PQ, going up to $6800 odd next quarter!!!!

Seidler's buildings tend to attract premium levies based on the no. of amenities on offer however for Brisvegas even this seems steep. His Horizons building at Darlinghurst is even cheaper at around $3.5-5K p/quarter
