Evening all - I'm after some advice on potentially selling a house on a street where there are already 2 houses that have just come onto the market. The house is in Sydney and generally there are only half a dozen for sale in the same suburb. I am conceded it would look like there was something wrong with the street if a third house went on. The sale of the other 2 houses has nothing to do with the street itself just each vendors circumstances.
Would it be better to wait until the others have sold or join the mix ? each house in theory would suit a different demographic (one is a knock down, one small renovator, 3rd has been renovated).
