That's a lot of members but as there's only about 1,000 currently on the members list not everybody stays who strays in the door.

We all deserve a pat on the back!

4000 ... until I clean up again and purge some of the members who signed up but haven't actually read the forum in over 18 months.

We are still getting a nice steady trickle of new members though.

Im not sure exactly how long the forum has been running; But have you observed that the rate of new member apps has followed the "property investor confidence" ?

There is certainly an element of that Dave ... although there would be other factors in the signup rate, the stats I've gathered in the past do seem to follow some type of trend that from a coarse analysis point of view seems to indicate confidence in the market.
