I thought this was deserving of it's own Value Add thread instead of being lost in my Highgate Project Thread

Opportunity: a 249sqm block of R80/high density zoned land approx 3km from CBD - complete with main sewer line 5m in from fence line

Option 1: Vendor had applied to Council for permission to build a 4 x 2 double storey house on it

Option 2: My project to build a micro apartment block. 3 apartments - one 2 x 2 apartment and two 3 x 2 apartments.

I might be biased but I think my project kicks ar$e in the value add stakes. Kudos to Aaron Sice for the design work.
