that's because a servo has petrochemical soil contamination and needs CO2 pumped underground at the end of it's lifespan - there's no realistic way to decon otherwise.

ever had a costing done for a CO2 decon? think at least a mil - for a small site.

if the site is in a residential area then it would basically state that in 20 years, after CTX have left, you are left with a contaminated site that needs cleanup before resale.

all your profit now disappears into EPA coffers and private contractor pockets.
