I think I have to agree with you. Even the agent has placed the advertisement in a price placeholder on re.com of $500-600K. What are they thinking?

I don't believe it!!!!!

I looked at this place on re.com 2 days ago and thought exactly the same thing. It looks like a very nice little cottage from the outside, a little too modern inside for me though .

Be interesting to see what it goes for.
