A little odd - increased asking price after a few weeks

This property was on the market asking $230-$235 and just a few weeks later the agent has listed it at $240!?

Has anyone seen something like this before? Maybe there are lots of keen buyers hmmm I dunno

Similar - price just increased from $850Kish to $910K, been on the market for a couple of months

Probably based on feedback and interest after a few open for inspections ....Seen this a few times.

Might need a higher sale to complete another transaction elsewhere.

Might not be able to release the security from the bank without a higher sale.

Most likely is probably more interest than anticipated.
